Weddings - Fine Art?
I do not consider the work Anthea and I do for our wedding clients as Art. Wedding photography is a craft. We take the photos purely to please our clients, documenting their day to produce a pictorial memory. We do put a lot of ourselves into images but we are always minded, first and foremost, we have to please our couples. Were we to approach a wedding purely to document 'our take' on the wedding we wouldn't be in the business for very long. Here are a few of the images I particularly like. The criteria for their inclusion being that I feel you would not necessarily have to know the wedding couple or the individual to enjoy them.
